Return/Refund Policy for Nearly Collectibles
This website is operated by My Web Yard Sale, LLC d.b.a. Nearly Collectibles. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nearly Collectibles.
Nearly Collectibles is an ecommerce store selling a variety of secondhand household and fashion products. All products listed for sale here can be assumed to have flaws and funtionality issues and are being sold "AS IS". We do not guarantee the condition or workability of any product. Most products are not eligible for return, but some are and this fact will be indicated on the product's page.
*DO NOT send the product back to us before contacting us first.* Products sent back to us without prior approval will not be eligible for refund or store credit.
Policy for Products Eligible for Return:
- We have a 14-day return policy for eligible products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us with your return request, stating the reason.
- Send your return request to support@nearlycollectibles.com.
- We will contact you about the status of your return request and if approved, make arrangements for the return.
- Approved return requests will be issued a refund for the amount paid for the product, original shipping is not refunded.
- Return Shipping will be paid by customer.
- Refunds will be processed back to the customer's original form of payment.
Policy for Products Not Eligible for Return:
- If there is a problem when you receive a product not eligible for return, contact us at support@nearlycollectibles.com within 14 days of receiving the product explaining the problem.
- We will review the problem and make a determination.
- If the situation warrants, a "store credit" will be issued for the amount paid for the product, not including original shipping. Although not a refund of your original payment, a "store credit" can be applied to a future purchase on NearlyCollectibles.com. EXAMPLE: If a DVD does not work, we will issue a "store credit" not a refund.
- Store Credit will be in the form of a digital gift card that will be emailed or texted to you. The email or text will include a unique code that can be used towards a future purchase.
Damages and Issues with Shipment for All Products:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at support@nearlycollectibles.com immediately if the item is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item.
- If the product appears to be damaged in transit, please take photos showing the damaged product or packaging. Take photo of the "wrong" product as well.
- Orders damaged during shipment or orders containing the wrong products will be refunded fully (including shipping) to the customer's original form of payment.
Exchanges
- We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nearlycollectibles.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
