This website is operated by My Web Yard Sale, LLC d.b.a. Nearly Collectibles. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nearly Collectibles.

Nearly Collectibles is an ecommerce store that sells secondhand goods. These goods are from last year, last decade and last century, some are vintage, some maybe antique.

All goods are being sold "As Is" with all their imperfections. We make no warranties, express or implied, for the goods. We do not guarantee the condition of the goods, whether they work or not, their workability or their functionality. This is a secondhand store and as such all goods in our inventory have been owned by one, or more consumers, prior to coming to our store. All products listed for sale here can be assumed to have flaws.

Read the information and descriptions provided as well as review the photos to learn about the item you are interested in purchasing and its flaws, if any. Every attempt is made to describe each item in detail, however, we may miss something during the inspection. 

Most products are not eligible for return, but some are and this fact will be indicated on the product's page.
