This is a vintage 2-piece dress and bloomer set for infant girls 0-6 months, colors are maroon and off-white. The maroon top is short sleeved with a large off-white collar covered in lace, at center of collar is a ribbon with a fabric flower. The short sleeves have elastic, and there are 3 buttons in the back for closure. The bloomers have elastic around the waist and legs. The elastic on both pieces in not tight. The material is 100% polyester (exclusive of trims). Made in the Phillipines. Circa late 1990's.
