It is a square shaped porcelain box with a removable lid. The interior areas of the box and its lid are black with the exterior being a yellow color decorated with a floral pattern. The lid features a 3-D womens pump style shoe and writing that says "One shoe can change your life. Cinderella". The approximate measurements are as follows: the box with lid is 4-3/4" x 4-3/4" x 4-3/4"; the shoe adds 1-1/2" to the height of the box. The package and styrofoam are showing signs of wear. Made in China. Possibly vintage.
