Novelty Holiday Watch. This is a preowned quartz watch for women, made of stainless steel, base metal bezel, and artificial (faux) gemstones. There are 4 links on each side of the watch face, each with a faux gemstone set on a round decorated goldtone setting, two green and two red on each side. Approximate measurements are length is 7-1/4"; watch face width is 1"; link width is 5/8".  Made in China. Unknown if it works or will work. Needs a new battery (not included).
