This is a R&M Richards black velvet short cropped jacket embellished with silver beads. It was part of a 2 piece set that originally included an evening dress. The evening dress is not included here. The jacket still has the original tags attached, has shoulder pads, has silver beads on the front of the jacket as well as on the bottom of the sleeves. The jacket is closed by one faux diamond clasp. The size is Women's 12P, material is 90% polyester, 10% spandex and approximate measurement from shoulder to jacket hem is 18-1/2". Made in the U.S.A. Possibly vintage.
