This is a never worn formal style dress with cap sleeves that was originally purchased from Hecht's. It is estimated to be vintage, and has obvious discoloration in the shoulder and neck area. The dress is black with a pattern featuring a rose with its stem all over the dress, with the roses created by silvertone rhinestone flecs. It is a pullover dress with shoulder pads, made of 98% acetate and 2% spandex which gives it a stretchy feel. Made in the U.S.A.
