A vintage preowned shorts baby romper, it is 100% cotton, has shoulder straps that button and snaps located in leg area. Approximate measurements when flat: 9-1/2" side to side; 14-1/2" top to bottom. It is solid green with a 2" wide horizontal strip of white fabric decorated with what appears to be leprechauns. Colors are green, white, red, gold tone. Size is 3-6 months. Made in the Phillipines. Circa early 1990's.
