Preowned pair of brown Victorian style picture frames on a swivel base, the brand is unknown. The frames are able to tilt forwards and backwards by adjusting the tabs on the sides of the frames. Although in good overall condition, there is dust in the many indents in and around the frame and base. The black backing and base fabric is showing signs of wear such as scratch marks, the frames and stands have some minor markings as well. Approximate measurements are: Frame W/O Stand is 9-7/8" x 6-5/8" x 1/2"; Frame with Stand is 11-1/4" x 10" x 1-5/8". Possibly vintgage. Made in China.
